As a young female artist and as an immigrant’s child I try to create expressive and interesting pieces that match the interest of today’s current events. I work to normalize the importance of proper representation of woman and elders. My best motivation is showing the difference, 'high' and 'low' cultures with irony and self-critique.
‘Mid-Day Lunch’ (video art) was taken at my mother’s kitchen in Ashdod city.
As my family immigrated from ex USSR to Israel, I deal with issues of identity and the different conflicts that rise in the clash between the cultures.
